Refund policy

torvenzaza is operated by BRIZANO LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. This policy covers orders delivered in the United States.

Return window

You can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Any belt or sash that came with the dress must be returned too. Gift cards and items marked final sale on the product page at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@torvenzaza.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We email you a free prepaid return label and a return authorization number.
Pack the item and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.

Returns go to our US returns address: torvenzaza Returns, 233 Broad St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201, United States. Please do not send returns to our Hong Kong registered office or to China.

Fees

Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. If you return an item because you changed your mind, the original $7.95 shipping charge (if you paid one) is not refunded.

Exchanges

We exchange for a different size or color. Email us; if the new size or color is available we hold it and send it once your return is on its way. If it is not available, we refund you instead.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and two or three photos. You do not need to send the item back first. We send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refund timing

We issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days after the return arrives at our returns address. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take another 3 to 10 business days to show it.
