Shipping Policy

Updated 20 September 2026.

Start with where the parcel comes from

torvenzaza does not warehouse anything in the United States. The dresses on this site are made and held by our supply partner in mainland China. Your order is picked and packed there, flown into the US network, and handed to USPS or FedEx for the final leg. Everything below follows from that, which is why it is the first thing on the page rather than a footnote.

How long you will wait

Stage How long
Processing and dispatch 3 to 5 business days
In transit 8 to 12 business days
Door to door 11 to 17 business days

Business days mean Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. Seventeen of them is a little over three calendar weeks. If the dress is for a wedding or a specific date, work backwards from that date and give yourself a margin.

The cut-off

Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a weekday start processing that day. Anything later, or at a weekend, starts the next business day. We write MT all year round so the cut-off does not appear to shift when the clocks change.

Shipping charges

Flat rate $7.95 per order
Free Orders of $60 or more

The $60 is calculated on your total after any discount code is applied, not before. We would rather state that here than let you discover it at the final step of checkout.

Where we ship

The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Not Alaska, not Hawaii, not Puerto Rico, not other US territories, and not APO, FPO or DPO military addresses. Entering one of those will stop the order completing — that is intentional, so you are never charged for a parcel we cannot deliver.

Carriers, and P.O. Boxes

USPS and FedEx, picked by destination rather than by what the postage costs us. P.O. Boxes are fine. Those orders go by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Duty is paid before it reaches you

Import duty and tax on your order are settled by us in advance and are included in the price on the product page. You should not be asked for money on delivery. If a carrier does hand you a duty, tax or release fee, do not simply pay it — send us the notice and we will reimburse you. That is a commitment we intend to honour, not a form of words.

Tracking, and the gap in the middle

We email a tracking number when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Expect several days where nothing updates, usually while the consignment is in the air or waiting on customs clearance. That gap is routine and does not mean your parcel is lost; scans resume once it reaches the US carrier network.

If we are late

The FTC Mail Order Rule obliges us to ship within the time we advertised, or within 30 days where we advertised none. If we cannot, we email you, give you the revised date, and offer a plain choice: wait, or cancel for a full refund. You will not have to chase us, and choosing to wait once does not forfeit your right to cancel afterwards.

Wrong addresses, refusals, missing parcels

Please check your address at checkout, because a parcel cannot be redirected once it is moving. If an order comes back to us undeliverable or refused, we refund the goods; the $7.95, where it was charged, is not returned, because the carrier has already been paid for that journey.

If tracking says delivered and nothing is there, check with your household and your immediate neighbors first, then email us. We will raise a carrier claim and follow it through with you.
